We love pairing yoga and beer, and we think you might, too. Especially when the beer is from Spring House Brewing in Lancaster. Evolution Yoga will host a Vinyasa flow class on the second level of Spring House just before happy hour. Afterward, drink beer in your yoga pants. You were going to do that part at home anyway. Find your zen from 4:15 to 5 p.m. Aug. 18.
Home Brew Hang
Local brewers join forces for the Lancaster County Brewers Club Aug. 21 from noon to 6 p.m. at Hunger-N-Thirst in Lancaster. Small batch beers will be available from various breweries, and you can learn how to brew your own at home with an instructive brewing session in house.
Wine Tasting in the Park
It’s back for a second year! Drink wine at Elickers Grove in Spring Grove, and explore the plethora of both craft and independent vendors. Can’t find a sitter? There’s a kids area, too. Live music will be provided by Close Call and DJ Bob Lutz. Head to the park from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 27.
For the fourth time, Tellus360 in Lancaster is providing a classy Scotch dinner featuring The Balvenie’s Scotch whiskys. Four courses and four Scotches promise to keep you happy in Tellus’ new area, An Sabin. Tickets start at $75, so get them fast before 7 p.m. Aug. 31.
