When last we left our heroine Katniss Everdeen (Lawrence) in Catching Fire, she had joined forces with former Hunger Games victors to escape the annual events’ all-star season, entitled the Quarter Quell. Katniss now finds herself embedded in an underground complex beneath the ruins of District 13 as her defiance of The Capitol fuels a revolution across Panem. Joined by a new leader, rebellion President Alma Coin (Julianne Moore), and a band of capable warriors, Katniss sets out to overthrow the country’s corrupt government and rescue her friend and co-victor Peeta Mellark (Hutcherson), who has been captured and brainwashed by the evil President Snow (Donald Sutherland).

David Onda is Fly Magazine's movie guy. He is an entertainment writer for a national outlet. He's attended and covered the Academy Awards on several (well, 3) occasions for a national outlet. He once made Quentin Tarantino laugh. He has shared an elevator with Bruce Willis, sat in John Waters' living room and has flown in the same airplane as Joan Rivers.
