Drinking and driving don’t mix, but the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum in Hershey has found a great way to combine craft beer and cars. TorqToberfest – billed as an evening of “food, gears and beers” – takes place from October 7-9 from 4-9 p.m. Tickets are going faster than a 1966 Shelby Cobra. Wednesday night’s event has already sold out, but tickets remain for Thursday and Friday nights.
The event features an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at dozens of rare classic cars, craft beer from Raven Beer and Snitz Creek Brewery, wine from local wineries including Cassel Vineyards and Spring Gate Vineyard and a different menu each night. Enjoy live music by Jazz Me on Wednesday, indie darlings (and Fly favorites) The Hello Strangers on Thursday and Mr. B on Friday.
Tickets are almost gone for Wednesday night’s event. Some tickets remain for Thursday & Friday. Don’t be left out! Get your tickets online or call us at 717-566-7100 ext. 100.
Get into the Octoberfest spirit with a German-themed menu on Friday night. Collectible beer steins are available for $15 during the event and the cost includes two drink tickets.
Remember it’s cool to drink beer and look at classic cars, but it’s definitely not cool to drink and get behind the wheel.
Tickets cost $45 and are available by calling 566-7100 or visiting the AACA website.
