Three picks for what to do in Central PA on Thursday, July 30.
1) Trivia Night at Funck’s Restaurant (Palmyra)
From 8-10 p.m. this evening, get your knowledge on at Funck’s in Palmyra. Oh – and, while you’re there, steaks are $5 off. They’ve also got a Thursday night special on Angry Orchard for $3.
2) Cards Against Humanity Night at Hurricane Pizza Grill (Columbia)
Hurricane is hosting the game that breaks friendships and reveals to everyone what terrible people the players are. Hurricane has an in-house digital version, which means that literally anything could happen and you’ll just have to roll with it. The (virtual) deck is shuffled at 9 p.m.; arrive a little earlier to get seated and grab some grub. Conveniently, the happy hour starts with the game and runs 9-11 p.m..
3) Summer Beer Fest at Quaker Steak and Lube (Mechanicsburg)
From 6-8 p.m., Quaker Steak and Lube’s Summer Beer Festival will be hosting a beer fest in the brickyard. $14.99 gets you 10 tickets – and at a ticket per beer, that’s a pretty good deal. There’ll be 8 beers and 8 wing sauces to choose from – oh, and all-you-can-eat wings. What are you waiting for?
