Thirsty Thursday Gets Crafty at the Vineyard in Hershey

Photographer: Event photo

If you’re looking to shake up your Thirsty Thursday with a Pinterest-y twist that actually works (for once), the Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey would like a word with you.

They’ve got a series of classes they’re calling “Thursday Therapy,” and this Thursday at 6 p.m., they’re making wine salt scrubs. (A salt scrub, for the uneducated, is a kind of exfoliant. An exfoliant, for the beauty-products-with-weird-names-challenged, is something you use to slough off dead skin cells before they end up all over your pillow. You’re super welcome for that image.) Your $20 ticket includes the price of your lesson and all required materials, as well as a nice little complimentary wine tasting. Hurry, though – tickets are super limited, and they’re shutting down sales at noon today.

If you miss the ticket window or don’t feel like going, you can always make a margarita salt scrub… but you’ll have to come up with the materials on your own (not to mention the tasting.)
