Good morning. Are you awake yet? Do you usually read this post around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings? Is it really 8:30 a.m. right now? Maybe it’s only 7:30 a.m. and you forgot to set your clocks back an hour. Daylight saving time – our biannual resetting of the clocks – was at 2 a.m. this morning. Did you do it?

I was watching the Super Bowl last year when in between the ads for beer and cars a strange advertisement for Squarespace came on. It was Jeff Bridges and he had an ambient album designed to help you sleep better, called Sleep Tapes. There was a download link where you could get the album and make a donation. I kinda liked the idea of The Dude pushing me off into dreamland so I went over to the site and checked it out. You still can do that.
So why not go back to bed? Relax, man. It’s Sunday. Take it easy. Then maybe get up and have a beverage. You know what the Dude is having….
