Spring Gate Vineyard starts off Oktoberfest

It might be only September, but everyone knows that’s primo Oktoberfest season. If you want to kick off your weekend with beer (and wine too!), hit up Spring Gate Vineyard in Harrisburg.

They’re kicking off their two-day Oktoberfest today. Music starts at 5 p.m., with Frank Imhof, followed by polka master Rich Ragnalia, Senior:

After the polka, the band Dovetail will take the stage. All throughout the night, there’s going to be plenty of soft pretzels – which you can purchase for $2, talk about a steal – and multiple vendors providing some excellent things to gnosh on. Glasses of beer will be $2 off, in the true spirit of Oktoberfest. The party stops for the night at 11 p.m. If that’s just not enough Oktoberfest for you – well, there’s always tomorrow.
