'Rogue One' sizzle reel hits the Internet

Photographer: Lucasfilm/Disney

Excitement for the new Star Wars film, “Rogue One,” is building as a sizzle reel hits the internet.

The camera work has a decidedly different feel – its cinematography feels almost more “modern war documentary” than “Lucas-ian sci fi” for the first 30 seconds… until some kind of chrome droid busts onto the scene, anyway. Calculated risk taking combined with the best of the best from the past, judging from quotes from cast and crew included in the clip, seems to be the name of the game.

As if that wasn’t enough – check out this costume gallery from the upcoming film.
