The new Java Junction Now I Can Function Community Restaurant will offer everything from burgers to wraps, as well as a special “Starving Artists” menu, a pay-what-you-want-Wednesday option on select Wednesday nights and occasional live music. They are currently in the middle of a Kickstarter campaign and there’s only a week left to contribute. Check out all the great rewards they’re offering and help fund a new local business.

In other Strasburg news, Speckled Hen Coffee + Kitchen is gearing up to begin serving coffee and baked goods as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
Arooga’s Lancaster location (Lancaster)
Representatives from Arooga’s say that they hope to have the first-ever Arooga’s Lancaster location (125 South Centerville Road) open for business in August, but can’t set a firm date as of yet. The chain also recently announced plans to expand to Long Island and Queens, New York. Arooga’s – which pumps out a staggering seven tons of wings during the Super Bowl alone – is an excellent spot for sports fans and craft beer fans alike.
Otto’s Kitchen & Cocktails (York)
Otto’s Kitchen & Cocktails – the new restaurant co-owned by Rob McGrath (aka Rob Burrito, owner of Roburrito’s) set to open later this summer in the space formerly occupied by Bistro 19 – recently introduced the renowned, creative Baltimore chef Sarah Acconcia as its head chef. Acconcia appeared on the Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay. We hope her clam dish featured on the show makes the menu. Otto’s will serve updated version of classic American comfort foods and craft cocktails.
Charcoals Bar & Grill (Lancaster)
