New Belgium 25th anniversary slow ride bar hop

Worried that you don’t have the best possible bike ride planned for this Thursday? Slow your roll, buddy. No need to panic. The Slow Ride Bar Hop celebrates 25 years of the best beer on two wheels – New Belgium Brewing – with 25 beers. (Really trying to resist the urge to embed Fog Hat’s “Slow Ride” here.)

Meet up at The Fridge for the kickoff party with some New Belgium drafts at 5 p.m. The ride starts at 6 p.m. led by The Common Wheel and goes to Tellus360. After the chilled-out cruise, put your kickstand up and kick back at Tellus360 and celebrate New Belgium with 25 different beers including IPA Dank Symposium, The Sour Tank, Fat Tire and more. Enjoy live music by The Vinegar Creek Constituency, Levee Drivers and Corty Byron. Purchase some raffle tickets for a chance to win a limited edition New Belgium bike by Detroit Bikes, a cycling jersey from The Fridge or some New Belgium bike gear. All proceeds benefit The Common Wheel.

Resistance is futile.

The New Belgium 25th Anniversary Slow Ride Bar Hop kicks off at the Fridge at 5 p.m. on June 23. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased here.
