Make it a double: Two pizza places to stuff your face at

In honor of Fly After 5 becoming a bi-monthly publication, we’re here to bring you twice the Lancaster County fun. That means twice the music, twice the food and twice the arts and culture. Be on the lookout for our first two issues Sept. 1 and Sept. 15.

There are three things you should never be more than fifty yards from: water, a good book, pizza. Mostly pizza, though. Luckily there’s no problem at all getting some good slices in the Lancaster area. Of course, everyone has their different favorite pizza joints, and in a place like Lancaster, there’s a virtually unlimited supply. Here’s a double serving of your options:

The Alley Kat on Lemon Street serves up tons of craft beer and wings on the regular, but their main attraction is definitely their massive pizzas. Be sure to check their Facebook page for specials.

Rosa Rosa Pizzeria, near F&M, has an incredible menu of pizza pies to choose from, including the “Big Brother” pictured above. In particular, be sure to check out their incredible invention known only as the spaghetti pizza.
