Long's Park hosts annual Latin American Festival

There ain’t no party like a Latin American party! The annual Latin American Festival takes place from 12-8 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Long’s Park and features live Latin music and dance, food and family-friendly events like magicians and roving clowns (the normal kind of clown, not this kind of clown).

Latin American culture is on display with acts like Dance Fiesta showing off its Puerto Rican folklore, music and dance, Mariachi Tapatio features the Mexican dances of Yaretzi and music from PA Mambo, the body-moving Brazilian rhythms of Philly Bloco, hypnotic hip-shaking duo of ArgenDance and Latin American pop from Michael Stuart. And perhaps, best of all, attendees can purchase food from a wide variety of Latin countries. Music, food, dance and family fun, what more could you want?
