Learn to play disc golf

Learn to play America’s national pastime: disc golf. Naturalist Francine Praught instructs students on the finer points of the game, like not referring to the discs as Frisbees, and throwing techniques at 2 p.m. on Oct. 9 at Buchmiller County Park (60 Buchmiller Park Dr.). Register by noon on Oct. 7.  Cost is $2 per person. In no time at all you’ll be making shots just like this:
