Lancaster's Federal Taphouse hosts a happy hour for a good cause

Drinking a few beers after a long work week has never failed to give us a warm, fuzzy feeling. But when you combine the pleasant effects of beer with the good vibe you get from contributing to a great cause, well that’s the best feeling. You can make this happen today during the Bench Mark Program and LuLuLemon’s #fuelhappiness happy hour on the mezzanine at the Federal Taphouse in Lancaster from 4-7 p.m.

The Bench Mark Program offers a safe place for Lancaster’s at-risk youth to work out and provides a team of mentors that can give participants academic and career advice. The Federal Taphouse serves up some “Bench Mark Brews and Bites” – and $1 from every beer and 10 percent of all bar food sales benefit the Bench Mark Program. Head out and do a few reps of 16-ounce arm curls and get that warm, fuzzy feeling that only comes from drinking for a good cause.
