Good craic: King Street Seisiún (Photos)

It was a blustery day on Sunday at the second annual King Street Seisiún in downtown Lancaster, but that didn’t keep the crowd from donning their green, bundling up and enjoying the open-air block party. From kilts to green wigs to even a “green man” suit, there was no shortage of creativity invested in this year’s outfits as some 1,600 attendees enjoyed Guinness, shepherd’s pie, Irishman Whiskey drinks and Red Bull “Irish Trash Cans.” The food and drink was complemented by a full lineup of live music – featuring a bagpipe band, The Ogham Stones, Fire in the Glen and Kilmaine Saints – and Irish dancing.

The Fly team was on hand with cornhole boards and a roving camera to capture the day. Check out some of our photos below – and make sure you tag your own Instagram photos with #FlyStPats while you indulge in some St. Patrick’s partying for a chance to win some awesome gear from Guinness!
