Harrisburg Wine Festival (Harrisburg)
The Harrisburg Wine Festival takes place at the State Museum of Pennsylvania in downtown Harrisburg tonight from 5-8:30 p.m. Sample wine from an extensive list of 575 different wines. Two of the three tasting sessions are sold out, but tickets still remain for the Grand Tasting session taking place from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Relaxing outside with wine and live music is always a winning combination. Try Gettysburg’s Hauser Estate’s Hauser After Hours series with music from the Visitor’s Duo and food from the Chow Food truck tonight from 7-10 p.m. Or head to Middletown to hang out on the Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey’s deck and patio as they continue their Decked Out Live concert series with The Jazz Me Band from 6-10 p.m. And The Vineyard at Grandview in Mount Joy hosts its Wine By the Vine live music series on its 80-foot deck tonight with live music by Colebrook Road.

Diplomat Dunkel Beer Release (Lancaster)
Iron Hill in Lancaster celebrates Franklin & Marshall College’s homecoming with the release of its Diplomat Dunkel – named after the F&M mascot – from 12:30-5:30 p.m. The first 35 people receive a souvenir Iron Hill pint glass. Bring mom out and enjoy Iron Hill’s Mother’s Day menu available all weekend.

Taste the World food tour (Lancaster)
Second Fridays in Lancaster are now Taste the World Fridays. Purchase a passport and take walking tours of the city and sample offerings from some of the city’s best restaurants. “Signature Foods” is the theme of the first event. Unfortunately this event is sold out, BUT there is a chance tickets will become available.
David and Valerie Mayfield at the Holy Hound in York
If you’re a fan of David Mayfield (David Mayfield Parade) or Jessica Lea Mayfield, then logic would say you’re likely predisposed to enjoying the music of their parents – David and Valerie Mayfield. That’s how that works right? The husband and wife bluegrass and Americana duo raised their kids on the road touring in Bill Monroe’s old van. Now that the kids are famous and the nest is empty, mom and dad are hitting the road as a duo.
Pride of the Susquehanna Murder Mystery Cruise (Harrisburg)
