Fly on the Wall: Inside Weird Lancaster

Walking around a new city can be intimidating, if you don’t have a guide. Walking around a place you know well can be boring – unless you find a way to reengage with all these buildings and bars you’re looking at. Enter Fly on the Wall – Fly’s new series, which takes you on a focused walking audio tour of a city or neighborhood and gets you acquainted with the history and character of the area along the way. The first installment focuses on Lancaster City, and it’s perfect for this time of year.

You might not realize it just walking around downtown, but there’s plenty of history to Lancaster City and the surrounding county. Much of it is unusual, strange – or even a little creepy. This tour takes you through Gallery Row down to the graveyard on Lime Street – and includes stops along the way for dinner suggestions. Make it a night out!
