While it’s still totally acceptable to request boring drinks like a pint of beer, glass of wine or a gin and tonic from your bartender or server, we feel it is our duty to bring you up to speed on some new gadgets and gizmos that are available behind many a bar that are actually pretty cool. Just like how the dawn of the blender inadvertently stepped up the games of daiquiris and margaritas, there have been a few recent advancements in the world of drinking technology that are likewise doing their part to bring some new life to commonplace libations.
