Day 24: Rockbass Grill in Wormleysburg

31 Days of Decks in Central PA

Day 24

Fresh-caught fare should be enjoyed by the waterside. Situated next door to Dukes Riverside, Rockbass Grill offers a serene setting for a solid meal high above the Susquehanna River.

The menu at Rockbass Grill features a mix of steak and seafood appetizers and entrees, with daily Catch of the Day specials available at lunch and dinner to keep things interesting. And now that spring has sprung, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t take to the partially covered deck for your meal. With seating for 200, there’s ample room and plenty of fresh air to go around.

One part of the menu that’s of particular importance today is Brunch, which is served only on Sundays from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The brunch menu spans from ol’ standbys like a Eggs Benedict and stuffed French toast to house specialties like a seafood omelet (stuffed with crab, scallops and shrimp) and crab hash (crab, Jack Cheddar cheese, peppers, onions and home fried potatoes topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce).

Best of all – you can make your reservations online on Rockbass Grill’s website. (Which you should totally do right about now…)
