31 Days of Decks in Central PA
You can’t beat the peaceful feeling that comes from relaxing as you watch a river roll on by. Add in some warm sun, cool breeze, delicious food, refreshing drink and live music, and now we’re talking about a summertime destination.
It’s all waiting at Dukes Riverside – one-third of a trio of restaurants and bars situated just across the Market Street bridge in Wormleysburg. (Spoiler alert – you’ll be hearing more from Rockbass Grill and Dockside Willies in the next 48 hours.)
The massive deck at Dukes offers a plenty of room to hang out with the Susquehanna – there’s seating for 250, after all – while you enjoy happy hour drinks, a casual dinner or some live music. Or you could do all three at the same time; live music takes place on the deck on Thursday nights from 7-10 p.m.
