Danny Brown announces new album, tour

After three long years, we won’t have to wait much longer for a new album from the Adderall Admiral himself, Danny Brown.

After releasing the monstrous “When It Rain” video a few weeks ago, Brown took to platform of choice Instagram to announce then news. The album, unlike “Old” and “XXX,” manages to stretch his syllable count a little bit and also reference Joy Division: “Atrocity Exhibition.”

Of course, the title is also from the 1970 J.G. Ballard novel that Joy Division also was inspired by, but it will be interesting to see the ways that the Detroit rapper makes the album relate to his own personal struggles.

Revisit the “When it Rain” video below and check out his tour itinerary, including two PA stops, as well.
