Three picks for what to do in Central PA on Wednesday, June 3
1) SaraBozich.Com Booze Cruise after party at Arooga’s Downtown (Harrisburg)
If you were planning on attending tonight’s Sarabozich.com Booze Cruise aboard the Pride of the Susquehanna, we have bad news for you – it’s sold out. But if you didn’t catch a ticket in time, you can still stop by the open-to-all after-party at Arooga’s Downtown. Specials include $6 Yuengling Lager pitchers, $7 Bud Light pitchers and $2.50 PBR and Miller Lite pounders.
2) Mozzarella Class at Caputo Brothers Creamery (York)
Cheese and wine have been paired for centuries. Cheesemaking classes and wine, however, are a relatively new combination. Come to the Caputo Bros. Creamery tonight to learn a new skill; stay for the pound of curd all attendees will receive to stretch at home. This $25 class runs from 6:00-7:30 p.m. and BYOB is allowed.
3) Lip Synch Fight Club at Zeroday Brewing Co. (Harrisburg)
Does the first rule of Fight Club still apply if it’s a lip synch battle? Zeroday Brewing Co. is kicking off summer, and their new weekly lip synch competition, with a big bang. The It’s All Greek to You food truck will be at the brewery at 5:30 p.m., with the event slated to start at 7 p.m. If you’re planning on competing, you should be there early to sign up and claim your spot. A beer to take the edge off might help, too.
